Veteran head of Dairy-Deli-Bakery group dies

Carol Christison, longtime president and CEO of the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association in Madison, Wis., died March 4. Christison joined the $8 million-revenue organization in 1982, replacing retiring International Cheese and Deli Association Executive Director Willard Reese. She had left the American College of Sports Medicine, where she had been an associate director, to avoid relocating her family when the group moved from Madison, Wis. to Indianapolis.
